Shipping Prices

Shipping about US$5 per order for most small orders. Express and international orders can be much more expensive.

Shipping Policy

All in-stock items are shipped same-day via UPS or USPS if they are ordered before 2pm CST. Shipping and tracking information are sent to your email address. Express shipping is available. Ground shipping normally takes 2-3 business days in the US, however occasionaly delays of over a week have been reported.

Return Policy

If a product is defective, damaged, or missing parts, of course replacements will be sent ASAP. However, since these are seasonal items, typically used only once, we will not accept returns for a refund. We will, however, send out a new or different product, if the quality is not to your liking.
