Return Policy

If a product is defective, damaged, or missing parts, of course replacements will be sent ASAP. However, since these are seasonal items, typically used only once, we will not accept returns for a refund. We will, however, send out a new or different product, if the quality is not to your liking.

We do not collect or store credit card or other sensitive information. This task is done by our payment processor, either PayPal or Google. Both of these companies have extremely strict privacy and military-grade security.

During the ordering process, GagFly Gags & Pranks collects shipping address and contact information from customers. This information is only used to fulfil the order, and to send a discount coupon about twice per year to reward returning customers. No information is shared with third party marketers or advertisers. Personal information is stored in an encrypted manner and is only accessible by necessary GagFly Gags & Pranks personell.
